Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026. Prompt & Present is operated by Wheatley Consulting Inc, a New York corporation ("we"). Contact: hello@promptandpresent.com.
By using Prompt & Present you agree to these terms. They are short and permissive on purpose: the service is new and changes often.
What the service is
You answer a few questions, run a prompt in your own AI assistant, paste back the gift briefs it writes, and we build a page of gifts with links to Amazon that you can share. We find the products with an automated system; we do not check them by hand. The service is free to use.
What you give us
Paste only what you are entitled to share. By pasting briefs, answering the questions or editing a list you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that content to generate, store, display, share and improve lists, to analyse and aggregate it, and to develop the service. Where you choose to feature a list (an option we may add), we may also use that list, without your name, on our own pages and in our marketing. Do not paste anything about another person that they would not want on a public page, anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Lists are public
Anyone with a list's link can view it. You control who gets the link. The owner link lets you edit the list; keep it to yourself. We may remove a list or a gift at any time, for example after a report.
Buying through the links
Gift links go to Amazon. Purchases are made with Amazon under Amazon's terms; we are not the seller, we do not handle orders, payments, delivery or returns, and we cannot see who bought what. Prices and availability are as Amazon shows them. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that the gifts fit, that products are in stock or correctly described, that links work, that lists stay available, or that the service is free of errors or interruptions. Product selection is automated and can be wrong.
Limited liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the service, the lists, the products, or the links, including indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Changing or ending the service
We may change, suspend or withdraw the service, any feature, or any list at any time, with or without notice. We may change these terms by updating this page and its date; using the service after a change means you accept it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass anyone, to publish private information about others, to send automated traffic, or to interfere with the site or the people using it. We may block access for any of these.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute goes to the courts there. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
